Started construction in May 2002, Omniglow (Ningbo) has started operation in Jan 2003. From the very beginning of plant site selection, CDG has taken the lead role: negotiating with local government to finalize the investment agreement; setting up the WFOE (Wolly Foreign Owned Enterprise); selecting the design firm and contractor; managing the construction project and managing the company operation.
